Untill Daihatsu Motor Company participated in Indonesian Quality Award in 2009 which  using Baldridge Creteria as the basis measurement the performance excellence, they never found  any  system which is able to align all system exist before.  Implementing Baldridge Criteria is the very benefit for DHM to improve their performance  in very efficient way, less time- less cost.

Mr. Sudirman MR is the first Indonesian to become Director in Daihatsu Motor Company ltd. Japan.-
